Prime Minister Mussolini's vision of a New Roman Empire has an alarmed Egypt providing England its ports at Alexandria in exchange for defense against Il Duce's incursions… 11 June 1940: Italy declares war on England and Marshal Rodolfo Graziani reluctantly follows orders to commit his army of 200,000 in Tunisia and Libya to invade Egypt. Italy's primary tank at the time was the Carro Armato M13/40, hundreds of which were captured early in this campaign and highly prized, especially by the Australians.
		The composition above was created with Tamiya's Carro Armato 2 of the figures included in the kit plus a driver (blue coveralls) from Alternate Ending Games, composed over a simple backdrop created with Photoshop…My very first diorama follows and was composed using Italeri's 1:72 Carro Armato tank and 3 of their figures, a Coloniale staff car from Ace, and the senior officer (shading his eyes) is from Mars.
